We recommend you take 2 capsules with water on an empty stomach ideally first thing in the morning. ShijsLEGIT is uniquely potent so please self evaluate your tolerance and dose up or down accordingly. We also recommend cycling on for 5 days and off for 2 days

ShijsLEGIT undergoes more costly and dangerous efforts to traditionally source 100% pure Himalayan Shilajit at extremely high altitudes (up to 18kft) in an industry with fraught with adulteration and lies. Be wary of cheap shilajit with a molasses like consistency and sweeter taste. They are likely cut with fillers to reduce cost and are NOT authentic shilajit. You will be able to feel the difference from other “shilajit”.

ShijsLEGIT capsules are the world’s first Shilajit RESIN inside a liquid capsule. Other “shilajit capsules” are filled with powdered extracts which are processed with high heat spray drying that reduces nutrient potency. Other shilajit jars with resin are messy to dose, taste & smell terrible, and may have questionable authenticity.
